This policy explains how UtilsFree handles information when you use this website.

Files and tool inputs

The image, PDF, text, calculator, QR, password and UUID tools process their inputs in your browser. These inputs are not uploaded to UtilsFree. Closing or reloading the page clears tool state; downloads and copied content remain under your control.

Connection and contact data

Our hosting server and Cloudflare process connection information, including IP address, requested URL and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. The public IP tool returns the address observed for your request. Contact messages store the supplied name, email and message on our server so the team can review and respond. A hashed connection identifier is used to limit abuse. Contact messages are removed after 90 days.

Preferences, analytics and advertising

Your theme preference is stored locally. Optional Google Analytics loads only when configured and after your consent. Tool inputs are not sent as analytics events. Advertising is not active at launch; this policy must be updated before third-party advertising is enabled.

Your choices

You can clear browser storage to remove preferences or revoke analytics consent. Use the contact form to request access to or deletion of information you submitted. Server and Cloudflare security logs may follow their own retention settings.
